We saw this sign attached to a cage! I think it is hysterical! I could have used my crafting skills and made a really nice sign for them… Too bad they didn’t ask!!
I also saw this sign and LOVE it…(sorry poor quality with my cell phone!)

Milo got a new little brother named Miles.

Got a new hair style and new colors!

Attended a couple of different company events!

Shopping at the Mall the day after Thanksgiving! My favorite part watching kids see Santa!!

And to say the least, we are exhausted!!

How this blog started...
I first began reading MommaRa's blog. She is super awesome. One day, I hope I can be as great of a Mom as she is! Check out her blog here.
One day, I decided to check out some of the blogs she follows...One super, great blog is her bestie and her sons Nanny... Check it out at this link...The Adventures of Mrs Reagan: Don't forget about my GIVEAWAY!! PS Mrs. Reagan is also hosting a wonderful give away!!
Both of these ladies are super crafty and I attempt many of their crafting ideas. More pics on those later!
Thanks to both of these great ladies for what they do and what great people they are!
Mommara- I know we rarely get to see each other let alone chat but I feel like I know you so well through your blog.
Mrs. Reagan- I love your cupcake pics and all your crafting ideas!!

Catching up

Ok.. so, I am going to get you up to speed on us...

2006- We meet at Church!
2007- We got married!!
2008- I was diagnosed with a prolactinoma. You can read more about that here.
2009- We realized the medication I was on to help shrink the tumor was no longer helping. It was recommended that I have surgery to remove the tumor. Surgery was scheduled for December 16. Our emotions were really high!! We didn't know if we were making the right decision but knew we really wanted to have children. So, December 16 came and went with no surgery due to the doctor being over booked. December 17 I had surgery. All went very well. I felt fairly well and was walking the halls the next day. A few days later, the surgeon came to visit. He said that my prolactin level was still too high indicating that microscopic parts of the tumor remained. So, December 23, we were back in for surgery. We were finally released from the hospital December 27. I had/have a few lingering complications but things are progressively getting better!!
2010... January- I have spent the entire month on medical leave. No drinking from a straw... bummer!!! No bending at the waist... no lifting over 10 lbs...so basically pretty boring!!!
And here we are February!!

Purpose of this Blog

Ok...So, I guess I should explain why I am creating this blog. I have a few things motivating me...

1) I am about to turn thirty and I have no clue where the last thirty years went. So, I plan to keep track of the next thirty here...

I think this song explains it best!!

2) We (Ryan and I) have been married for 3 years and need somewhere to keep track of where our time goes!!

3) I want to lose weight and I think this will hold me more accountable.

4) Last but not least... it seems cool and fun!
